La Mere De La Pearle Victorian Earrings

A beautifully unique pair of vintage 1960s Lady Washington pearl buttons, made in Iowa using Mississippi River mussel shells.  

All Grandmother's Buttons earrings are nickle and lead free, and made from vintage glass and buttons right in Louisiana. Their motto is "to honor the button," using unique castings created to preserve the integrity of the buttons and make it possible to mount them onto jewelry while keeping their shanks intact. These gorgeous earrings have been shown in every magazine from Brides to Vogue! Each pair has a sticker on the back with provenance.
